Refund Policy

APEX Films USA accepts returns on unused film rolls only. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be granted.

Returned film must be unused, uncut, and in its original condition. Used products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

If you believe your film roll has a manufacturing defect, please submit a warranty claim for review. Defective products are handled through our warranty process and are not eligible for standard refunds.

APEX Films USA reserves the right to inspect all returned products before issuing a refund.
